Hello, my name is Lisa Blossom. I live in Thackley, Bradford with my husband and gorgeous (slightly mad) friendly dog Charlie and our snooty old cat Chaplin.
After years of working in offices and the past five years at an Upper School I decided it was time to move on and embark on something different and something I enjoy. As a huge animal lover I have often been called on to look after friends and families pets whilst they have been away and so the idea of ANI-MATES was born.
My mum, Jenny, will be working with me on a part-time basis and is the lady from whom my total love and respect of animals came. Her own cat and dog were both blind, so she has had years of coping with pet disability. She has also been a volunteer for the Cinnamon Trust – walking dogs for the sick, immobile and elderly for over 15 years. She now has a lovely old cat she adopted called Jessica.
We are both CRB checked and ANI-MATES is fully insured in respect of Public and Third Party Liability and we are a proud member of the National Association of Registered Pet sitters (NARP), so you can be assured your beloved pet will be in safe hands.
At ANI-MATES we believe that all animals differ and naturally their needs and behaviours in different situations vary as well. It is important to us that we provide you with the best possible service and we take every precaution to ensure that your pets are provided with the optimumservice available. We also appreciate that entrusting us with the care of your pets is an important and difficult decision, and so we offer a free initial consultation where we meet you and your pets. During this consultation we can discuss any specific requirements or special needs that you or your pet may have, take detailed notes about your pets habits, food regime, exercise routine and medical history. We will also ask for your veterinary details and contact information including emergency contact details.

We cannot group walk females who are in season.
We require your pets be fully vaccinated and flea free.
