During the past three and a half years I have called upon ANI-MATES two to three times a year to look after my Pedigree cat Mr Bojangles when the family goes on holiday. Lisa enjoys looking after Bo and I find her very experienced in her ability with animals. Whilst looking after Bo, Lisa is also taking care of the general security of my house i.e. turning lights on and off, opening and closing curtains morning and night, collecting post. She tends to Bo around three times a day during our holidays and I would have no hesitation in recommending Lisa as a carer to other pet owners.

I would just like to drop you a quick line to say thank you very much for looking after my beloved pussy cat while I was on holiday. Also for taking such good care of all my house plants. My cat usually gets very upset when I'm away for a while but this time she was much happier and was obviously glad of the company as well as just being fed! All my house plants are still alive and looking in fine fettle.

I write to thank you for all you have done for me and my dogs Oscar and Harvey.
When I had a serious riding accident earlier this year, I ended up in hospital and then had to rehabilitate on crutches. I was so worried about my dog’s health and sanity as I was not able to walk them at all.
I contacted your company and from our initial phone conversation you set my mind at rest. You promptly can to see me and my boys and efficiently went through your initial meeting. Oscar and Harvey took to you straight away and I knew that I could trust you not only to walk them for me but to be their friend in my absence.
For a period of 4 weeks come rain or shine you came on a daily basis and took my boys off for their daily runs. They always returned happy and tired. If they were dirty you made sure that they were clean and dry before you left.
I can’t thank you enough; with out your professional and loving service I hate to think what may have been. You certainly saved Oscar and Harvey from getting fat, bored and developing behaviour problems and you set my mind at rest so I could concentrate on getting better.
